Hello! I am Yamileth Hernández, Venezuelan, I live in Costa Rica and for several years I have dedicated my life to exploring the connection between mind, body and emotions. My journey began when I realized that diseases or symptoms are products of emotional impacts created from traumatic experiences at some point in our lives or from our ancestors. I give you examples of some personal experiences.

1) When I was 15 years old

I had kidney problems for a long time, so much so that the doctor told me I don’t want to see you as a dialysis patient. Before my kidney got sick, my maternal grandmother died and it had such a great emotional impact on me that it became anchored in my kidney, because I rejected her departure. When I allowed myself to accept and grieve, my kidney healed.

2) In 2016 the crisis in Venezuela was critical

I was forced to leave the country and this developed tuberculosis because I experienced it as an exile, a feeling that came from my ancestors who lived the same thing, remember that information is not lost It is not destroyed, it is only transformed, everything is in the energy field of each one, which is unique, and in the DNA. This information about tuberculosis healed her, giving her a change of perception, seeing my departure from the country not as an exile, but as an adventure trip, here my inner child was key.

3) My father was kidnapped in 2012 to steal his car

1) a few years later he developed dementia and in 2023 hydrocephalus, his case is interesting, today it continues to provide me with a lot of information and it is related to a familial craniosynostosis, my brother and I We were operated on for craniosynostosis when we were a few months old, which has kept me since I was a baby in a constant school of neurosciences, hospitals, doctors, and neurosurgeons. The brain is the field that I am most passionate about because it remains a mystery in many aspects and they have not been able to replicate it. With all my experience, especially in the energy and consciousness field, I must say that when neuroscience studies the brain from the stomach we will advance a lot, because it is the origin materially speaking and I say materially because first is the energy and consciousness that create matter (physical body), an aspect that traditional doctors do not take into account.

For this reason my approach is holistic, I combine different disciplines; neurosciences, psychology, biology, conscious hypnosis and spirituality to, through consciousness, which is the connection with the divine source (God), help you discover the power of your mind so that you can heal your body, each human being is unique, for this reason This is why my attention is personalized, to be able to decipher the code of emotion.
